Second Edition (Kindle only)

When its original publisher decided to drop all electronic publications, Katzenhaus Books received permission to re-issue A Scratch with the Rebels in an updated and revised second edition.  The new electronic version,  which does not contain all of the academic structure, endnotes, and photographs, still tells a moving story. It is available on Kindle.

An anecdotal account of how one award-winning author made the transition from traditional publishing to electronic texts and her own publishing company. Helpful tips on every step from setting up a home office and writing historical fiction to becoming a best seller on Amazon Kindle.  Published in January 2012.

A historical monograph that examines the power struggles between newly-emerging monarchies and the traditional prerogatives of the medieval Church. Arnulf was a twelfth-century Norman bishop caught between these two powers as they built their dynasties, embarked on Crusade, restructured the Papacy, and explored the breath-taking heights made possible by Gothic architecture. Evidence comes from royal charters, papal bulls, and a previously untranslated letter collection written by Arnulf himself. First published by Indiana University Press; reissued in August 2012.

The Letter Collections of Arnulf of Lisieux (in the Mellen Series: Texts and Studies in Religion). The Latin letters on which the historical monograph, The Dilemma of Arnulf of Lisieux, was based. Edited and Translated. Published in 1997.
